NORTHBROOK – Ferris Homes has been awarded four prestigious awards from the Homebuilder Association of Greater Chicago in the 2006 Lake County Tour of Homes.

Ferris Homes Liberty Grove community, based in Libertyville won the awards for their Aspen model home at Liberty Grove.The model was entered in the Single Family category which judged homes in the $725,000-$800,000 price range.The model won every award in the category, which includes best kitchen, best interior, best master bedroom and bathroom and best exterior.

Ferris Homes built Liberty Grove, a development of 18 traditional single-family homes, are across the street from the Independence Grove forest preserve. The homes are perfectly complimented by their natural surroundings and offer homebuyers the convenience of maintenance-free living, and start in price at $650,000.
