Need an Extra Incentive to Buy a New Ferris Home?
How about a $7,000 Tax Credit?
According to recent financial news, including an article over at Fox News, a bipartisan bill in the U.S. Senate is proposing a $7,000 tax credit to buyers of not just foreclosed homes, but also those that are new construction. While the article notes that this is still under debate, the tax credit is anticipated to be something applicable to your taxes over a span of two years (so, if passed this year and you bought in 2008, you would be able to apply $3,500 to your 2008 taxes and the remaining $3,500 in 2009).
With this bit of news in mind, what better time to buy a new construction home at one of Ferris Homes’ communities — luxury single family homes at Liberty Grove in Libertyville, contemporary condos at Grand Bend on Green Bay in Evanston or build-to-suit semi-custom homes on our lots in Amberwood Estates near downtown Wheaton.
Visit one of our sales centers today by scheduling an online appointment. For a limited time, we’ll even give you a $10 gas card at your appointment to make driving out a bit easier. So make that a $7,010 incentive!
