NORTHBROOK – For the second year in a row, Ferris Homes has taken top honors in all four single-family categories by the Homebuilder Association of Greater Chicago in the 2007 Lake County Tour of Homes.

Ferris Homes won the awards for the Showcase Home in their Liberty Grove community. Ferris Homes Liberty Grove community, based in Libertyville won the awards for their Aspen model home at Liberty Grove.The model was entered in the Single Family category which judged homes in the $725,000-$800,000 price range.The model won every award in the category, which includes best kitchen, best interior, best master bedroom and bathroom and best exterior.
