Liberty Grove Final 3We know you’ve got style and you’ve got taste. In fact, it’s what we had in mind when we created our single-family homes at Liberty Grove in Libertyville. With countless luxury upgrades, state-of-the-art appliances throughout, and exquisite  interior and exterior design our homes are superior to all others in the surrounding area.

We know you deserve a break. Enjoy the easy life with a maintenance-free exterior. When winter rolls around you will no longer have to worry about shoveling your driveway or sidewalk before work the next morning. You’ll also be able to spend time with the family relaxing or taking a day trip on those lovely summer days you used to spend mowing the lawn. You’ll become more familiar with your running shoes and less with the weed-whacker, especially since Independence Grove Forest Preserve is located just across the street.

We know you don’t want to miss the opportunity to make one of them your own. Hurry, though. These homes have been such a hit that we are already down to our last three. Make an appointment online right now to come see which one best fits you and your family. Do so before someone else takes something that’s meant to be yours. We designed the homes with you in mind, after all.

Lace Up Those Running Shoes And Leave The Car In The Garage

Wednesday, May 14th, 2008

The newest housing developments springing up along Milwaukee Avenue are looking to the past for inspiration, reports a recent article in the Chicago Tribune. Once a ribbon of quiet country road, developers are looking to renew the peaceful nature of Milwaukee Avenue by designing communities that encourage walking and limit car trips up and down the avenue. The Chicago Tribune has deemed Liberty Grove as one such community; we couldn’t agree more.Independence Grove Forest Preserve

Our plans for Liberty Grove began with this spectacular location along Milwaukee Avenue where we would be able to capture the finest of the area’s natural assets while also keeping our homeowners convenient to shopping, fine dining, and transportation.

Across the street lies 1146 acres of trails, graceful prairies, quiet woodlands, rivers and lakes, offering a wide range of outdoor recreation opportunities.  While some of our homeowners refer to it as their “backyard,” most people call it by it’s formal name, Independence Grove Forest Preserve.

With gas prices already reaching over $4.00 per gallon and seemingly on the rise each hour, you won’t find anyone questioning the value of being able to leave the car parked in the garage and walking across the street to the miles of trails on which you can stretch your legs. Or, let your frisbee-chasing dog do all the running in the dog exercise area as you focus on just taking in some fresh air.

Most residents in Chicago’s suburbs rely on their cars to go just about everywhere. We’re proud to have Liberty Grove recognized by the Tribune as an option that is less car-dependent.  When it is time to swap the running shoes for the work shoes, no worries. The Metra stop is only a mile down the road and Interstate 294 is just a three minute drive east.

Located in Libertyville at Milwaukee Avenue and Illinois Highway 137, Liberty Grove consists of 25 townhomes and 18 single-family homes and caters towards commuters.  For more information on the last few remaining single-family homes in this beautiful community please schedule an appointment online to visit the sales center.
